Furniture assembly & adjustment
Assembly and reassembly; cabinet doors, drawers, hinges and runners.
Fittings & wall installation
Curtain tracks, pictures, mirrors and shelves, with wall condition and mounting requirements assessed.
Doors & hardware
Door and window fittings, handles, locks and related adjustments.
Plumbing & minor leaks
Taps, drainage and local leak assessment. Concealed leaks may need a separate investigation.
Walls & finishing
Local wall repairs, paint touch-ups and sealant renewal, with finish matching and area agreed.
Electrical & AC coordination
Assessment and work by the appropriate technical personnel, with the precise scope confirmed.
Item weight, wall construction, access and the condition of existing fittings can change the work required. Heavy mounting, waterproofing, concealed faults and larger renovations are assessed and quoted separately.

On-site Assessment

A scheduled visit of up to four hours for an agreed repair or installation list. The quotation specifies the team, tasks and how the service time is counted.

For installations needing detailed measurement, a mounting plan or coordinated execution. The item and site conditions determine the final scope.
From THB 8,000
Request a quotationIndicative service-fee guides, not fixed-price bookings. Your quotation confirms the work, crew, location and travel charges, VAT treatment, overtime terms and any assessment-fee credit. Materials and replacement parts are additional. Extra work or time requires agreement.
An enquiry does not confirm availability, a booking or payment. A half-day visit does not guarantee completion of every item submitted. Any assessment-fee credit must be expressly included in the quotation.
